The only reason I drop a star on the room is that the shower barrier was already broken and the water pressure was minimal. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Amazing staff unbelievable bed (best sleep I've had on months). Everything was top tier. The bar had amazing staff who made perfect cocktails each time. The front of house staff were amazing and friendly. Overall would highly recommend this hotel. We will definitely be back!

5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH - AMAZING!! I booked House for my sisters hen last Saturday; there was 27 of us! They gave us the option of our own private room upstairs, I didn't think much of it. When I arrived, WOW! It was amazing. We had our own bar, toilets and the 2 most amazing bar staff! The food was stunning, despite my mishaps with the preorder form, the staff were extremely accommodating. We had the most amazing night, the staff even got in on the fun. We had another place booked for a dance that night but we had such a lovely time in Hosue we ended up staying. Jennifer accommodating us again! Honestly, I had an absolutely amazing time and would 10/10 recommend. Thank you guys, Fiona

Great hotel in relation to price-quality. Great location, just 10 min walking from the city centre and round the corner to the Botanic Gardens. Super friendly and helpful staff, 24 hours concierge, a really high quality bar and food.

There were a group of seven of us in on Saturday for the bottomless brunch. We actually only booked for 6 but they were happy to accommodate us. The place is absolutely stunning to start off with. Our server for the afternoon was a delightful guy called Peter. Service was very smooth. Drinks were plentiful with no waiting around & the food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend this place. All the staff were fantastic at their jobs but a special shout out to Peter who made our afternoon just that extra bit special.

Love love love...We enjoyed a brunch with cocktails and spent time afterwards sitting outside in the sunshine before popping off around Belfast. We ended our evening by stopping in again for one last tipple before we headed home. Really attentive staff and one bar man in particular was an absolute pleasure; nothing was too much; a true old school attentive service. We left feeling so Glam and cared for. Thank you.

My friends and I went to House today for boozy brunch, we were greeted by Peter who treated us so so well for a birthday celebration. He is a wonderful person; hilarious and kind. The location was fab, the food hit the spot and the drinks were great and plentiful.
